This is a very beautiful property if you're looking for an authentic Kerala house stay experience. It is sitting on a large property with well-maintained lawn and trees all around. You'll find a lot of indigenous plants, herbs, and vegetables around the house. It is a four-bedroom house with a hall, a separate dining area, another room adjacent to the kitchen with old-style Kerala storage, the kitchen, and a back area for the kitchen where the laundry machine and sink is provided. Very friendly hosts. They reached out to us before our travel dates and enquired whether we needed additional help. Our query were all answered and they ensured that the keys were handed over when we arrived and duly collected while leaving. We are really happy with the the warmth and personal touch. A great place when staying with family of 4/5 people. Food delivery services were prompt and they had no difficulty in locating the Apartment.

A good place to stay if you are visiting Mavelikara and nearby place. The property was neat and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven and basic utensils for cooking. All rooms had AC. The property also had a dedicated parking space underground. The host and staff were very warm and welcoming. It is right on the main road and above Reliance Smart Point, hence it is easy to locate and also easy to buy groceries.

Property looks like an old kerala house but bedroom and bathroom was all done up modern. All staff were excellent, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. especially Martin. owner was there once or twice a day to check on us.

We couldn’t say enough positives about this experience with both the host, location and property itself. Quiet, safe and a short stroll to the Main Street that has all amenities available. Nebu was so accommodating to us including early check in, late check out and keeping in contact. This will be the only place we stay for our future visits to Kottayam as it felt like home instantly.
