Superb location near the city center. 10 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo and Via Roma. Next door is small grocery store and bakery with good coffee and pastry. 7 minutes away Conad supermarket , a lot of food points near the apartment. 5 minutes away - small marketplace there is everything - Capo mercato- fresh fish, fruits, local cuisine points. Apartments renovated, fully equipped kitchen, air condition, milk, water and cofee machine. About the Hosts - they are really good people, who wants to make your stay in Palermo very comfortable and unforgettable. Big thanks to Fabrizio and his family!)

The appartement is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom has everything one could wish for. Everything is just new and very confortable. The location is in the historical center and just a few steps away from the via Maqueda, piazza Verdi, via Roma etc but in a quiet neighbourhood. Shopping, restaurants and sightseeing are at your doorstep. The owner is in constant contact with you via WhatsApp to guide you through the arrival procedure and to answer any questions you may have. We loved the place and wish to thank the owner Cristiano who made us feel very welcome indeed!

Fully recommend every aspect of our stay. Steffano and his team are exceptional. The location and the appartment are amazing. Steffano is exceptionally helpful and organized an airport transfer with the wonderful Olga. His restaurant recommendations were perfect. We stayed in the orange apartment, which is really beautiful, stylish, equipped with everything you might need, has 2 beds, a terrace, a large bathroom and a kitchenette/living room area. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main areas of interest. Federico is a great host, ready to provide great advice for travellers. Honestly, if it wasn't for his tips, I don't think our short stay in Palermo would've been as amazing and I'm very grateful for that. All in all, I couldn't recommend Montesanto36 Apartments more. Is was a great stay and would definitely stay here again next time.

First of all, I want to highlight the excellent communication with the owner of the apartment. The apartment itself even exceeded our expectations. It is located right at the central train station of Palermo – you can reach any part of the island without being dependent on a car. When booking this apartment, we were provided with free bus tickets from the airport straight to the apartment, as the bus station is just a one-minute walk away. The parking situation was also great – we found a spot right at the entrance every day without any problem. It takes only 7-10 minutes on foot to get to the historical center. The apartment was clean, and the bathroom is very modern. The air conditioning saves you during the hot day and helps you relax during stuffy nights. The price-performance ratio is simply amazing. Once again, thank you to the host for the warm hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and already miss Palermo!

We have never had a better experience with host than with Matteo! He was there for us for every little thing. The Loft apartment was more than enough for two of us. Everything was pretty clean. The location was perfect. Around 5 ish min. to the main street but still very quiet neighborhood. All recommendations!
