The apartment was very clean and had everything you need even for longer stay - washing machine and also dishwasher. Also suitable for cooking, there was enough dishes and basic stuff like salt, olive oil. It is spacious so we had enough space for our suite cases. Within 2 minutes walking distance there is a supermarket Conad where you can buy everything.

The flat is so beautiful, there's a garden just in front of you and the whole structure is really pretty. The host, Riccardo, is a very nice guy and we had the perfect time in his flat. I'll be sure to come back the next time I visit Modena.

At first we weren't so sure about staying "in the countryside" outside a major city, but when we arrived we realized that we were VERY conveniently located to some of the best factories for parmigiano reggiano and balsamic vinegar. And there was a huge supermarket just two minutes away driving that took care of all our food needs! The house itself is large and comfortable, and the hosts have thought of every detail! Our favorite, of course, was the game room hidden in the basement, which was totally fun for the whole family! But the open kitchen/dining/living area was also a huge plus for our group.
