We chose this as a bit of a gamble for a different type of accommodation on our drive back from Puglia. Easy to find and Camilla met us at the entrance to guide us to our floating room! The houseboat was great - big private open deck, all facilities and air con worked, safe parking, cafe on site and just a short walk to the town centre. No problems - everything organised through WhatsApp for meeting etc.

Great location opposite the beach. Our room also had 2 balconies looking out over the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Included breakfast was great with a variety of options - gluten free, and soy milk provided (first time I saw this in Italy. We managed to get free parking right out the front, rather than paying for the parking under the hotel. We also got a free sun chair and deck chair and umbrella at the beach across the road as not peak season. This was a great inclusion. It wasn’t. Directly in the heart of town, but was very easy to walk to all I wanted.

The residence is very close to the railway station. It takes less then 5 minutes to get there. It has a parking place not far. We used it to park the scooter. In the garage there were instruments to solve any problem with bicycles. We would like to come back.

    We were originally assigned to a different house, but then switched as the previous one was rather old. The new one was pleasent, and had a lift. It also included a spacoius balcony, two bathrooms and a functioning kitchen. Overall, a decent place, though not great.

    Lovely spacious location. The accommodation had all we needed, kitchen, shower, good sized bedrooms, patio for children to play. The staff was always helpful, they have been so genuinely helpful and happy to assist us. I recommend for a lovely, relaxing holidays. We had fitness in the morning, yoga in the evening. The kids club worked every day 10-12 & 16-18 And the cleanliness was exceptional, beautiful place!

    A wonderful apartment hotel. Beautiful sea view. Nice beach. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided, which are assigned to you for the entire rest period. Excellent restaurant at the hotel. Responsive staff. Very clean, spacious. Comfortable kitchen. I want to come back again! Thanks!

    Hotel was excellent. Modern facilities, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the pool area was very inviting. All of this located just a minute from the beach, restaurants and the lungomare in Giulianova. The room was clean and very spacious, kitchen well stocked (though no wine glasses...). No complaints, we will definitely be back.
