Santivo Apartments was everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great tips for local spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

This room is very beautiful, very modern and very clean. Comfortable bed and good working airco, little terrace and good roller shutters. Very nice bathroom, good shower. Lovely lighting. Nice, clean and modern room in a shared apartment with everything necessary for the stay. It is situated in a typical Italian residential neighbourhood with decent bus connections to the city centre. On top of that, the communication with Patrizia was excellent, she made sure to give all the info necessary for the stay and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, all while being incredibly friendly and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.

The location is simply unbeatable! Being so close to such an iconic landmark allowed me to explore the area at my leisure. I could easily pop over to the basilica for early morning visits, avoiding the crowds and soaking in the serene atmosphere.     For me it was very well located close to my family in Rome, to the east of the city. Easy to get into the centre of Rome by Metro, tram or bus. It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

    Self catering so kitchen had a coffee pod machine, microwave, small cooker hob, kettle, toaster and small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Each room had a small table and 2 chairs. Good location, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just down the road. Bedrooms were a good size with shutters to screen out the sun. Comfortable beds.
