We stayed at Sant’Ivo Apartments and were absolutely delighted! The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The interior strikes a lovely balance between style and comfort, with great attention to detail. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace overlooking the dome of Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza — a true oasis of calm. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine there felt like little celebrations. It’s the kind of place where you can truly feel the spirit of Rome. The hosts were very attentive, always available and helpful. A fantastic option for anyone looking to enjoy Rome in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.

The location is simply unbeatable! Being so close to such an iconic landmark allowed me to explore the area at my leisure. I could easily pop over to the basilica for early morning visits, avoiding the crowds and soaking in the serene atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of lovely cafés and shops nearby, making it a perfect base for my adventures. The room was tastefully decorated, combining modern comfort with a touch of Italian charm. We stayed at B&B Rome Vatican Residence and were absolutely delighted! The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The room had a large double bed, and the wardrobes offered more than enough space for all our belongings. There was also a private bathroom, a fridge, and always fresh towels available, which we really appreciated. We especially liked the small outdoor kitchen, which included all the basic essentials for preparing simple meals, as well as a coffee machine with capsules, tea, and other small items. Everything was perfectly arranged for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent – the accommodation is just a 10–15 minute walk from the Vatican, and there’s a metro station and supermarket nearby. Breakfast is served a few minutes away from the B&B and consists of a classic Italian breakfast with croissants, coffee, and juice. The area is very safe, quiet, and pleasant to stay in, and the host Tommaso was extremely helpful, friendly, and always reachable. All in all, a warm recommendation for Tommaso’s B&B! 😁

    For me it was very well located close to my family in Rome, to the east of the city. Easy to get into the centre of Rome by Metro, tram or bus. It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

    Self catering so kitchen had a coffee pod machine, microwave, small cooker hob, kettle, toaster and small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Each room had a small table and 2 chairs. Good location, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just down the road. Bedrooms were a good size with shutters to screen out the sun. Comfortable beds.
