We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with complete toiletries and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the hosts were kind and helpful, especially Elisabetta, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She suggested great places to visit and shop, arranged our airport transfer, and even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was later in the day. We absolutely love her! The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of food and drinks—truly one of the best breakfast menus we’ve had during our entire stay in Italy. Highly recommend!

The location was very close to main attractions by walking and also to the M-Spagna subway station. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, fancy restaurants and stores for any kind of shopping. The room was very clean and cozy. Although the building is old, the room is fully-renovated. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely stay again in this hotel in our next trips to Rome.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and such a genuinely kind person. All the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Nice, clean and modern room in a shared apartment with everything necessary for the stay. It is situated in a typical Italian residential neighbourhood with decent bus connections to the city centre. On top of that, the communication with Patrizia was excellent, she made sure to give all the info necessary for the stay and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, all while being incredibly friendly and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything this location has to offer. Everything is sparkling clean, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. Congratulations, it's clear that everything is done from the heart! We were lucky to be able to get here! The coffee, biscuits and tea, offered by the host, in the shared kitchen, were delicious! The breakfast offered at a nearby bar, also very tasty! We were greeted with champagne! It is very close to points of interest, we moved around on foot. We were looking for an apartment in the Vatican area because there are a lot of interesting places within walking distance. But the apartment itself was a big surprise. Tastefully renovated, bed linen, towels, everything is very white. And we were completely surprised by the presence of robes and slippers, which you won’t find in every hotel that positions itself as 5*. The hospitality of the hosts is beyond praise. Before walking around Rome, we visited Emin’s pizzeria on Flaminio Square. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection, very reasonable prices and very tasty. We left in a great mood and looking forward to coming back.
