Raja, the owner and care taker Kumara were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Specially we liked the way they presentd it in a nice basket. Apartment had all the amenities including a gas cooker, hob, kettle and fully functioning microwave with all the utensils in the kitchen and the room had a large mirror and a full size wardrobe. Bathroom was new and clean with hot water. There were two ACs to cool both the room and the living area which was awesome. The refrigerator was very clean and lage. Location was easy to find in Google maps. Parking was inside the house with a roller door hence its very safe. Also the environment was very nice and silent with a beautiful garden. We stayed three nights and it felt like home.

It has a washing machine that help us very much. Some kitchen cleaning products were provided. Bathrooms - large, with hot, powerful showers. Small toiletries (shower gel and soap) were provided. My stay of six days was very pleasant. Sara and her team were very efficient and courteous. All the required amenities were provided and the place was very clean and orderly. The location was extremely convenient with easy access to important locations in the city.

We had a lovely time at this homestay. The house is large and spacious with an abundance of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Inside the house was really clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like you were at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden and veranda was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful & quiet. Didn't have time to play but you could play badminton. They even have rackets & net. Highly recommend this place that is located centrally in the heart of Colombo for those who seek quiet comfort with a luxury feel.

The location is great. The staff are very friendly. The owner is very welcoming and willing to assist with any queries. Comfortable set up is provided with all necessary facilities to aid for the duration of the stay. I enjoyed having access to the gym and pool, which was just on my floor, so a minute's walk away was very convenient.
