Freshly new and clean house with nice view. We enjoyed sauna and bbq facilities, such a cosy place for a weekend getaway. You don't need to worry about anything, the kitchen is fully equipped and the house is ready for a longer stays as well. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing one night farm stay at this amazing guest house!! We were met by the host who didn't speak English but we communicated very easily through translator and we sat and had raki together. We explored the river nearby and saw the chickens, horses, cow and dogs around the farm. Our cabin was so adorable, very homely and cosy with cute decorations and a small kitchenette and bathroom. We had the traditional home cooked dinner from the hosts for €10 per person which was DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend. Sitting in the yard was so relaxing and I wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would absolutely love to go back again and stay for longer to enjoy the horse riding and fly fishing on offer.

The most beautiful place! The hosts are incredibly nice people. The whole time you are surrounded by nature, the sweetest cats and dog. The village and shops are just a few minutes away. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a peaceful stay in nature without any distractions.

Calm place with view on the mountains. Hiking path directly behind. Natascha was very friendly and brought us really tasty breakfast and dinner to the cottage everyday. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place, very comfortable and clean. In the apartment you have everything you need, even a PlayStation 5. Excellent traditional breakfast with outstanding homemade blueberry juice. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.

We stood there for only one night, but it was enough to see the magic. The tiny A frame is magical, practical, and fully equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable. They helped us with a minor problem with our car, and we ate exceptional home cooked dinner with products from their small farm. We even had a small nigh fire. Lovely people! Good money value! We will come back🥰

Absolutely magical stay at Kota 1120! 🌲✨ This place is a hidden gem in the heart of nature, the house is spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. We felt instantly at home. What truly blew us away was the nature. The air is unbelievably fresh, the views are breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings are the perfect escape from city life. Waking up to the sound of birds and a view of the mountains was priceless.

If you want a perfect stay, then this is the right place for you! Dragan (the owner) welcomed us with open arms (and with his homemade apple liquor). He was super helpful throughout our stay and is a very kind person. The lovely home we stayed in was completely made by him, and it showed all the love and dedication he put into the place. We were surrounded by horses, dogs, chickens, and also a beautiful river where you can go swimming. The lake of the national park is only 10 minutes away by car, and everything else is easily reachable from there. It was peaceful and quiet, and it is also perfect for children since there is a zip line and some games to play! We also recommend the horse tour that he and Milica provide there. We unfortunately didn’t have time, but it is possible to ask Dragan to make dinner for you a few hours in advance. The interiors were clean, well kept, and spacious! We cannot recommend this place enough.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hostess was very hospitable, welcomed us warmly, and provided all the necessary information. The cottage had everything we needed: full kitchen equipment, bathroom essentials, and perfect cleanliness. The location is very convenient, close to the city and the main road. We especially loved the closeness to nature and the presence of friendly animals, including adorable kittens that made our stay even cozier. We were very satisfied with our vacation and would be happy to come back again!

The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable, and it was overall a charming atmosphere. Even when the outside temperature was really low, it was warm in the house. The hosts were very hospitable, e.g. in terms of organising a heater and providing general information. The location is very close to the train station, and within a 15 min walk, you can get everything you need (ATM, restaurant, supermarkets)

    The apartment is perfect, brand new, beautiful and comfortable, good size and fully equipped from kitchen items to washing clothes. At street level, perfect for people with reduced mobility and cyclists. The best thing is the host, very attentive, cordial, responds very quickly. He personally and effectively resolved several complications with our luggage. Definitely the best accommodation, not only for the great facilities, but also for the pleasant and efficient personal treatment.

    Charming house on the hill with spacious garden with superb view over the valley and Tara river. Very authentic details everywhere. The hosts were super friendly, responsive and came by with a local dish which was fresh made and delicious. Biogradska Gora and grocery stores (Mojkovac) are at a 10 minute drive. Comfy couch, new kitchen in which a dishwasher will be added in the nearby future.

    Super calm, good roads, close to Mojkovac city, close to Tara fishing,new, nice, comfortable. No clutter. What I was amazed is that in the kitchen on very visible place was ibuprofen sirup for kids. This item is really something you need to have always with kids. In can be true saver once you forget and get emergency. I was on many places, here I felt very rarely for me like home. It is so modern minimalistic with a lot of useful details. Looking forward to come back! Thank You for great stay.
