A good spot 30 mins away from the hustle of Napier but till close enough to explore the surrounds within a 30 mins drive. We had a wonderful time at TeMata Peak and surrounding wineries. Such a serene place. Janine made us feel so welcomed even from her note a week prior had made us really look forward to being there. The animals were really clean and no smells. Al the pig was really charming. Not our first stay in a place with animals but this is by far the cleanest. Thanks Janine!

The property was a stone throw away from the centre of town so the location is perfect. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, exceptionally clean and fabulously designed. Beds were a highlight, so comfy after a long day of exploring. Hosts were a delight too. Fantastic place.

We stayed for two nights over the Easter holidays, and it was truly a memorable experience. The holiday home is perched at the top of the road, offering beautiful mountain views. It’s in a convenient location, easy to access, and the property itself feels fresh and newly built. The home is very well maintained, clean throughout, including the bed linen, and tastefully decorated with a lovely interior. It had almost everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. keep up the excellent work!

    Easy walk to town. On a 'no-through' road, so quieter. Warm and cosy and clean. Kitchen is well set up with all the modern conveniences. One of the bathrooms has heated floors - my wife couldn't get enough of this :) Nice bath, big beds, great wardrobe space. Fireplace for ambience and warmth.

    We stayed here in May. Perfect for our family and partners. Location was excellent both for walking into town for a coffee and driving to the surrounding wineries.     Great location, perfect for where i was going for work. All the facilities were perfect in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. Lots of coffee and teas to choose from. Guests in the other part of the building were very quiet too. Very easy to get in and out with the code system rather than a key. Honestly wish i could have stayed there longer !
