Very nice property. Great location, good parking options. Great view from the pool. Staff is very friendly here. Room was nice and clean - felt more like a hotel room than a apartment which is good. Recommend.

Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor which was spotless, well equipped and very spacious - photos are accurate but the place feels even better in person (nice design/luxury feel). Balcony is large and the outside bath very nice - overlooks a quiet garden/trees so also very private (and is North facing so doesn't get too hot). Huge windows (fully opening) in both rooms. Large bathroom and shower. All facilities (hot water, fridge, kitchen equipment, A/C, wi-fi) worked flawlessly. Check-in (by key code) and check-out very straightforward with good comms.

So far it was the best accommodation we have met in Thailand for such a reasonable price. It was 100% value for money! The house is sooooo clean that you can literally eat from the floor. No smell, no moisture, powerful air conditioning, amazing atmosphere. If only we could take this apartment everywhere we go with us! We were extremely happy to find a such an amazing place to stay. The host allowed us to prolong our stay for one more night, so we were lucky and really enjoyed. We were very late for the official check in time, but the hosts kindly waited for us. Thank you! Please continue keeping this place sooo nice! <3 If we are coming back, we are only choosing your place!

We appreciated the authenticity, peaceful atmosphere of the place, simplicity and kindness of the owner and staff, delicious meals. The location is perfect, close to the Night Bazaar where you can buy delicious food, and easy to grab a tuk tuk to visit temples.

    We've stayed for 3 nights in this lovely vila and it was a great experience. The Vila is located at the old city however in a quiet side road and it is close enough within walking or short driving distance to temples, restaurants, and the night market. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a stay of couple of days and overall the Villa is big enough for a family. Our host Kwan was very responsive and super helpful with all the info needed. Overall we enjoyed staying in the Vila and we highly recommend it.

    Appart from the super helpful and friendly hosts, I was impressed by their well equipped semi kitchenette. They also provided a spread of snax and fruit for the visitors to enjoy. The room was simply a pleasure to live in and we enjoyed the fact that they created small outdoor spaces with plants where you could sit near your room. The premises were well maintained and just pleasnt to be in, we could easily have stayed longer.
