It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Virtually everything. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and in a great location. The room also included a small kitchenette with all the necessary utensil if one doesnt want to eat out every day.

Located within 4.3 km of Aguntum and 32 km of Winterwichtelland Sillian, Apartmenthaus Nr 1 provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Lienz. The property features mountain and city views, and is 38 km from Großglockner / Heiligenblut. The apartment has family rooms. The location is on the main square. There is a bakery right below the apartment... and the apartment itself is spacious. We had a great time.

Spotless, well organized, modern, comfortable, new. We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym is outstanding — spacious, fully equipped, and honestly the best I’ve seen, even compared to many 5-star hotels. The sauna and spa area is absolutely beautiful, featuring three different saunas, a relaxing lounge area, and a breathtaking view that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful, answering all my requests with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and relaxation at the highest level!

Great location and the apartment was amazing. Nice neat clean apartment with all you need, with a terrace and big garden in front of you, great grill place available to book. The second double bed was a sofa, but it was comfy like a normal bed, nothing shaky or squeaky as usual foldable beds. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. There was a binder with the information about activities around very well presented. We never come back to the same place but we really consider returning here :)
