The property features mountain and city views, and is 38 km from Großglockner / Heiligenblut. The apartment has family rooms. Really clean and comfortable, quite luxurious. Nice spot to park your motorcycle in the hall under the building :D

Pradl elf my- apartment features certain units with mountain views, and rooms are equipped with a coffee machine. The units will provide guests with a fridge. Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

Many lifts within short distance. The stubai super card is very useful.

Great location and the apartment was amazing. Nice neat clean apartment with all you need, with a terrace and big garden in front of you, great grill place available to book. The second double bed was a sofa, but it was comfy like a normal bed, nothing shaky or squeaky as usual foldable beds. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. There was a binder with the information about activities around very well presented. We never come back to the same place but we really consider returning here :)

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the balcony area was great. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy room for dinner and chill time after ski day. Depot for ski and snowboard with a dryer for boots is a must-have. Literally several steps from the lift, always first on the slope.
