The breakfast was lovely and our host Fred was so kind and accommodating, helping us plan our biking routes, restaurant options etc. The property has a dedicated area for storing bikes and kit which was ideal for our stay. The location is excellent for accessing the major cycling climbs around the region.

Situated in a great location next to the ski lift, great for hiking in summer and ski in winter. WiFi is fast, staff is super friendly. We had a great time. The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.

It was exactly as how it looked in the photos. The place was very easy to get into and exceptionally clean.

The walk to the old town takes you through a nice park with good views. The space was all mine and I could do laundry from all of my traveling very easily. There is also a mall that is very close and has good options for a late night snack.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. Additional in-room amenities include fruits. The owners, Sibylle and Lucas, were wonderful to deal with and the property was excellent. The bonus was that it is located over one of the best boulangeries in Annecy, and close to a number of excellent small shops (chocolaterie, fromagerie, etc etc). The areas is also very quiet and safe. The private off-street parking was only a short away and was a bonus!! Wifi was excellent. If you use the local buses, the no. 5 bus stop is only a few steps away.
