We had clear instructions by the owner and could get inside easliy. The street has free parking spots which we could leave our car after check out and walk to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and would deifnetly stay in this property if we ever go back to Le Mans.

The house was excellent with all the facilities, very clean and with very good atmosphere. we spend a very good time and with the pet ( cat ) . Particularliy the owner was very good. we had a very good time.

The accommodation is non-smoking. Spacious, beautiful and nicely furnished apartment with the comfortable inner courtyard. The interior is exceptional, the beds are comfortable and generally we enjoyed every minute of staying in the property. Eric who owns the property was very helpful guiding us about getting and parking there.
