The Appartment was warm and comfortable. We all commented that the beds were great and the bedding was fresh and clean. Sofas and living room were modern and plush. The kitchen had everything you needed too. The facilities were very, very good. WiFi was great too. Can't fault it on anything and are planning to go back at the first opportunity. Just brilliant. Kate is a great host, the room is clean and super furnished, the place is cozy and close to the train station to the city centre and from a nice walk to the Anne Hathaway cottage.

The Gallery, Warwick has a children's playground and a picnic area. it was a pleasant surprise. not thinking what an annex would be like. it was clean. it was comfortable. it was well furnished. it was well stopped with absolutely everything. I have no criticism at all. the bed was must have been more than a king size. it was excellent. they were very good. had our own key entry through the garage. very pleasant. wouldn't hesitate in coming again and I reckon everyone who wants to stay up in Warwick should give it a go. it's lovely. it's like home from home. well done

Located in Arley and only 14 km from Coventry Building Society Arena, Hood Lane Farm - The Parlour - Self Catering Ground Floor Apartment provides accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is set 18 km from NEC Birmingham and features luggage storage space. The property is non-smoking and is situated 17 km from FarGo Village. A B&B we always hope for. Great communication. David and Lindsay are wonderful hosts. But can't review bedroom we booked, as they upgraded us to the flat that had not been booked during our stay. The flat was exceptional, as was the landscaped grounds.
