All units feature a desk. Extremely nice location. Stepantsminda is already a very nice town, but this cottage is like the very last cottage, high up town, with only the mountain in your back. It gives you a remote feeling in a town that is already remote. What makes it a dream is the master bedroom that overlooks the whole town, but also shows the wonderful mountains with the Gergeti Trinity Church as an absolute highlight. Amazing falling asleep and waking up with this view! Also plenty of space to park your car.

The place was well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, drying stand. It was heated so was nice and toasty against the Stepantsminda chill. We could have just sat by the windows for hours looking at the gorgeous views. It was also very clean. All the fittings were new and in good condition. The bed was really comfortable. The gentleman who gave us the key and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
