He also runs a restaurant nearby from which v bought brkfst nd lunch. All the food whr yummy and of good quality and is affordable. The flat was also maintained clean with all facility and in a very good location yet peaceful.

This property is set a short distance from attractions such as Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, St. Francis Church Kochi, and Indo-Portuguese Museum. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and room service for guests. I kept extending and ended up staying there for more than a week. Niaz is super nice and he really loves to help you with whatever question you throw at him, even taking you to places himself. Luckily Niaz' friend was staying there at the same time who cooked for us every evening, which contributed even more to this really nice community feeling. We celebrated Holi Festival and went to temple festivals together and Niaz let us paint flags on the house, which I loved. The rooms were clean, you can use the kitchen and there's a rooftop where you can hang out or do some yoga. Plenty of space up there. Loved it !

One of my best stays in India, great price for private room. Very new property with good rooms, terraces, and rooftop. extremely warm hosts Rino, robin, and their mom Mini. They are just so welcoming and helpful, and genuinely interested in interacting with the guests. Don’t miss out on their amazing home cooked dinner spread (order the fish pollichathu cooked in banana leaf!!!!) and wonderful local breakfast too. Rino was also so kind to drive me on motorbike to eat dinner late on my night of arrival. I really felt like I was family in their beautiful home.

Last but not Least, Shaan is an amazing host that would help you for anything you need, sightseeing, organizing next trip.. A very safe choice for a great stay in Kochi!

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a bath and slippers. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. I felt very comfortable during my stay here! After traveling in India for over two months, this place was like an oasis. It was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I fell ill while I was here, but I was fortunate to be in such a good environment. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, which made a significant difference for me. I would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.

They look after you like their own. Even small requests are looked into. The apartment is kept in perfect clean condition and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a small convenience store if you need also. A great location. Quiet and local, yet it is a very nicely designed apartment and building. Highly Highly recommended.

Staff was great, the houseboat and the rooms are clean and well organized with cozy areas to relax and enjoy the view, they provide 3 meals a day with snacks in between, view is amazing. Jose and Anthony were super helpful and also helped us book a taxi to the airport. They are all very hospitable, and they are focused on giving you the best experience possible. Highly recommended.

The property is set 20 km from Ancient Jain Temple, 21 km from Edakkal Caves and 21 km from Kuruvadweep. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Clean, comfortable, great get- away- from- everything location. The best staff! Meals on-site were delicious, too, and there's a hammock and a dog. It's not a vibing backpacker hostel, but I really enjoyed my stay here

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We stayed for 11 days and it was truly like being home away from home. We loved this place and its whole vibe.
