The location is exactly next to a bus station, but like 10 mins walking to the main center places. There are no keys, instead you have to open all the doors by code which is easier and there's no risk to miss the keys. So make sure that your phones battery don't die - or write the codes on a paper and keep it with you.

They have underground secure parking for (you do need to book the parking in advance) - staff were very friendly and helpful - check in and check out is a breeze because the door locks are operated with a code. There is even a charger for electric vehicles if you need it.

The location was perfect close to the city’s main attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Felix, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan great service, great location, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.
