The apartment is next to The Hilton so it's clearly in a great location. Highly recommended.

The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The location is also perfect, close to the train, water and main shopping/restaurants.

Bus stops near it. The first floor is convenient for people who is difficult to climb many stairs for. The place is equipped with everything needed even for a long stay and furnished with a good taste. The host speaks english and is very responsive and flexible, if possible (Thank you, Mario). You can find extra gestures of hospitality inside, which is impressive and makes people feel welcome. I definitely recommend the place.

From the moment we booked the place to the moment we left she made sure we have everything we need and helped us have the best time around Como Lago. I would recommend the location. The small town (Argegno) is a perfect little place with all you imagin when you think of a small town in Italy with charming piazza small restaurants and café and an open market a few times a week. I would love to go back here. The apartment is located in the small alleyways of Argegno. It is perfect for 4/5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The small kitchen is lovely, and Carla makes sure you have coffee and some food all the time. Don't hesitate and book the place. Thank you Carla for everything

Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with city or quiet street views. The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. Everything was wonderful - so much space compared to a hotel room. These are recently renovated apartments and the high quality finishes of the materials is evident yet the old world feel of the place is still there. The stairs that leads up to the apartments is most likely the orignal stone that was there previously which has all been cleaned up and reinstated. We stayed in Apartment 2 (a one bed apartment) and I would recommend this one simply for the thin balcony off the apartment at the front of the building. A nice surprise (as it was 34C when we were there) is the air conditioned shared space that greets you when you enter the hallway. Air con is provided in the apartments also that you can control yourself, but we found by following the suggestions for keeping the apartment cool we did not need to use the air con at all during our week long stay. Sofa in the living area converts to a bed and the clothes racks/storgage off the bedroom is fantastic - there has been some great use of space in the planning of these rooms. The shared laundry room is also fantastic - works on a trust system (leave €5 for using the facilities) but laundry detergent and clothes airers and pegs are provided for your use so well worth the cost. Parking facilities can be provided on request at extra cost but are well worth the fee - parking spaces are individual fully secured spaces in an underground (out of the heat) location about 2 minutes (120m) walk from the front door of the apartment.
