After a short walk from Bergamo train station we found the accommodation easily. We received a warm welcome from the member of staff at reception who was able to organise our room a little earlier and provide us with a range of information, answering all our queries perfectly. The room was a great size and very comfortable. We also partook in the complementary tea and cake available during the afternoon, which was a really nice touch I thought.

The location was perfect close to the city’s main attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Felix, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. This is part of an assisted living compound, so staff was friendly and capable.
