After a short walk from Bergamo train station we found the accommodation easily. We received a warm welcome from the member of staff at reception who was able to organise our room a little earlier and provide us with a range of information, answering all our queries perfectly. The room was a great size and very comfortable. We also partook in the complementary tea and cake available during the afternoon, which was a really nice touch I thought.

It is located less than 1 km from Montenapoleone Metro Station and features a lift. The apartment features family rooms. Everything in the hotel was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is just perfect—right in the center! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great service!

Because it was Easter weekend and restaurants were closed that evening and the next, we were able to but food at the nearby supermarket and cook at "home". The staff was wonderful. This is part of an assisted living compound, so staff was friendly and capable.
