Unfortunately we had some construction work being done on the house and couldn't use the titular terrace, but they would be a highlight I imagine. We only spent a single night there as a base for sightseeing and a boat trip to the Neptune grotto, and the appartment is perfectly situated for starting trips into the city, especially into the harbour area.
