Everything was just perfect — the staff were super friendly and helpful, the place was spotlessly clean, and the room was very comfortable. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the city center, with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. I really enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. We particularly loved the nice and comfy bed—perfect for resting after a long day of exploring. The location is truly unbeatable, offering fantastic proximity to the old town and everything Trento has to offer. A major plus was the option for secure private car parking (available at an extra cost). The staff's helpfulness elevated our stay: Alice and Irene were both incredibly accommodating. Alice, in particular, was instrumental in helping us secure the parking reservations. They also showed tremendous flexibility by allowing us to leave our car in the car park on our check-out day before our flight from MXP in the evening, which made our departure much easier.

Private parking is available on site. The apartment features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the square, near the beautiful tower of Vipiteno, our room faced the beautiful square.. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the helpful front desk officer, who gave us a brief history of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and accommodated in a spacious apartment that was very clean and modernly renovated. The apartment included convenient amenities such as a dishwasher and an electric cooker. Breakfast was good and healthy, offering a nice start to the day.
