The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

Penzion Fako is located in the quiet area, 3,5 km from the centre of Liptovský Mikuláš and 3 km from the Opalisko Ski Resort. A tennis court and free WiFi are available.

All rooms are decorated in warm colours and feature a furnished balcony. They are equipped with a bathroom, an LCD TV and a well-fitted kitchenette. Very clean, the room was cleaned on a daily bases. We stayed just 5 nights, but the towels were also changed for us. The ride to Jasna's skiing center was just 20-25 mins!

Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, only even better in reality. The location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were kind and responsive, making sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

The building has an elevator, and with only two apartments on different floors, it felt very private and quiet. The central location is perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes.

Another big plus is that you can see the parking space from your window. Also, checking in was very easy and finding the place was not hard, like other reviews say.
