Set in Liptovský Mikuláš, 500 metres from Aquapark Tatralandia, Rezort Maladinovo pri Liptovskej Mare offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The accommodation features a ski pass sales point and ski storage space, as well as a restaurant and a bar. The property is non-smoking and is situated 13 km from Demänovská Ice Cave. The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

Penzion Fako is located in the quiet area, 3,5 km from the centre of Liptovský Mikuláš and 3 km from the Opalisko Ski Resort. A tennis court and free WiFi are available.

All rooms are decorated in warm colours and feature a furnished balcony. They are equipped with a bathroom, an LCD TV and a well-fitted kitchenette. Very clean, the room was cleaned on a daily bases. We stayed just 5 nights, but the towels were also changed for us. The ride to Jasna's skiing center was just 20-25 mins!

For this price, it has everything I would expect and more - it's pretty, clean, spacey, has a big comfy bed, very well-equipped kitchen, some toys for kids in case someone needs them. It's located very close to a great bakery and a convenience store, and in the general town centre with many cafes around, and there is a free and fairly large parking space just in front of it, and there are many great trails starting just two-three kilometres away. Not to mention that the owners are very helpful. It's amazing, and we hope to return there for sure!

The chalet features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with mountain views. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Really clean place: windows, kitchen supplies, bathroom, terrace! There were no stains anywhere, this was a pleasant surprise. Good quality furniture, they have shoehorn, hotel slippers. Kitchen is equipped with majority of things you need. If they had coffee machine - that would have been perfect. We brought our own with us :) houses are situated away from road - you don’t listen to cars, but roosters instead 😄 surrounding area is safe for walking dogs. I was looking for separate pet-friendly place with hot tub outside and I can surely say this place suits best. Overall this is a decent place for its money.
