There are a laundry and kitchen in the room so if you are going to stay in Hanoi longer they would be helpful.

He was very kind and friendly as well as his family and staff. I highly recommend Evelyn Indochine and I would go back there anytime!

Our stay here was wonderful, so much so that when we came back to Hanoi after our Ha Long Bay trip, we decided to stay again. The neighborhood is great for those who want to be out of the more tourist packed Old Quarter but still close enough to be able to get to all the main attractions in about 10 min car ride ($2-3 by Grab). A lot of cute cafes and eateries in the neighborhood as well. This is a new building with modern amenities. Facilities were clean and also equipped with on site laundry machines and dryers. We felt very safe here. The main doors are locked with keycard access for guests. The entire staff speaks English fluently and were very welcoming and nice! They are very communicative and answered all our questions before we arrived. Our concierge, Celina, was particularly helpful. We wanted to see the water puppet show at Thang Long. Tickets are difficult to obtain online, so she called and helped reserve tickets for pick-up. They have an in house barista who makes coffee for guests (one complimentary a day!). My partner has very specific preferences when it comes to his coffee; the staff remembered this for the following day on their own. It felt very personal. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hanoi!

All units include a wardrobe. The area is great and quiet. The whole room is big enough for 4 people to stay comfortably. You got everything you need in the room. Washing and drying machines are working great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

It is located 1 km from Imperial Citadel of Thang Long and provides a lift. One Pillar Pagoda is 1.4 km from the guest house and Trang Tien Plaza is 1.6 km away. It was amazing, the owner was so nice , she offered us many bottle water and a fruit juice!

The apartment manager, Loan, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything is going smoothly. The room was nice, clean and cosy and the location is close to the main sightseeing places. We will be happy to stay here again!

After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Lots of exquisite coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
