I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, and I am thrilled to share that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and personalized service that set the stage for a memorable stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by name—a small but meaningful touch that made me feel immediately welcome and valued. This level of personalized attention is a hallmark of excellent service, and it was clear that the staff at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta truly understands the importance of making guests feel at home. The breakfast offerings were fantastic. Each morning, I was greeted with a diverse and delicious selection of food that catered to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty meal or something lighter, the buffet had it all. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the breakfast team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. It was evident that great care had been taken to maintain high standards of hygiene and upkeep. The attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities contributed to a restful and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and convenience. Chelsea, Hana, Fahri, Pak Dedi, and Pak Franklin each played a significant role in ensuring that my experience was flawless. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. The staffs in the hotel remember the guests by name that is hardly practised nowadays. The concierge Mr Reidi went the extra mile and he took the initiative to direct the Grab driver to the hotel lobby who initially having issue to find the lobby.

The hotel breakfast was very rich and varied, and the staff provided excellent service with a very warm and friendly attitude. The location is also very convenient, just a 5-10 minute drive from the airport.
