Fantastic hotel close to Andorra city center. Clean large room and bathroom with balcony and view. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Spa was great. The indoor heated pool and steam and sauna was great with view. Lovely bed linen.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Fantastic hostel/hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was massive with plenty of storage space, a large and comfortable bed, a big TV and a great en-suite bathroom with a hot waterfall shower. The shared spaces are extensive too, though the kitchen itself would be a bit of a squeeze if the place was full. Arinsal itself is very small so nothing is more than 10 minutes walk away, even in ski boots, but KY was far enough away from the noisier bars in the very centre of town and sound proofed enough that we slept well (and I am a very sensitive sleeper!) Would definitely recommend!

Excellent accommodation in a brilliant location. Lovely views over Andorra la Vella, while still being close enough to the city centre that it’s only a short walk to the shops. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable; the shower and washing machine were in good order and were very useful! Instructions for parking and collecting keys were clear and detailed. My stay here was fantastic and I highly recommend these apartments.
