Very clean, well maintained and equipped three bed room apartments. Kitchen facility is great which all I need was there, including a nice coffee machine. Heating worked perfectly. Great view from the balcony. The owner is very kind.

I stayed here for one night with a friend. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The wellness area was a particular highlight, with saunas and a relaxing lounge area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location was fantastic for us - directly connected to cross-country skiing tracks and winter hiking trails. There were also several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. The hotel offers a late check-out option, which we used to enjoy the wellness facilities even on our departure day.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

The accommodation was spacious, very well equipped (complete with washing machine), and in a good location, quiet but within walking distance of Mellau centre. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful. Everything was great!
