Studio is nice and stylish, kitchen corner has all the necessary utensils and tableware. Apartment was very clean. Location is quiet, entrance is from the yard in the back of the house. Parking space is convenient. Nicole, the host, is very kind and caring, our communication in English was perfect. I highly recommend staying at Landhaus Nikki.

It's a great place to stay: clean, calm, with delicious breakfast. People who work there not only accommodate you, but they also enjoy working with customers. Hotel is in traditional austrian style, which I always liked, and it´s on the way to Kölnbrein- dam, which is certainly worth visiting.

Very home-like atmosphere, warm and helpful staff. Excellent dinner was a big surprise. Warm souo every day after skiing camewas such a lovely and tastfull idea. Sauna large enough, small fitness psoace...and all that in old fown town with river infront of the balcony! Just lovely place to stay!

Owners are fantastic. They had an accident in our room with a burst pipe on our arrival day so they had to cancel our stay. But I had no internet access as my mobile got stuck so I did not see their reports of cancellation. When we arrived they arranged a new accomodation for us and paid for it. What's professional approach!👍

Very lovely B&B, very friendly and welcoming hosts, perfect location (10 minutes away from the Goldeck lounge), plenty of parking spaces and close to the city center with lots of great places to eat. Highly recommend!
