We absolutely loved this place!!! It's in the cutest little village, and the couple running it simply could not be nicer! Our key and a welcome message waited for us on arrival, and later the owners checked in to see if we needed anything. We had a very spacious little apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to the big kitchen for communal use downstairs. Two balconies, one West facing the other East facing - two WCs and a very clean bathroom rounded it all off. We'll be back if we can!

Great location , bus stop virtually meters away . Super clean, lovely modern rooms , traditional Austrian feel , excellent restaurant, had an amazing dinner . Staff were prompt , welcoming and engaging , a table at the restaurant had already been booked for us on the night we stayed so we wouldn’t miss out . Had special room to put hiking boots in to dry after hiking , everything planned and thought thru, just excellent

Everything was amazing in this family owned accommodation. The food was delicios! We took the half board. It was very clean clean, quiet village, next to the river. The ski resort was very close driving distance. We will come again in the summer, too! Thank you :)

Very nice apartment in Holzgau. Spacious, well equipped, very new. Pleasant host. An easy 15 minute drive to the ski slopes in Warth (good parking facilities). Definitely on of the best places we've stayed.

Everything, especially fantastic landlord! Absolutly peaceful village, fantastic views and lovely cycling paths. The apartment was supremely clean, spacious and equipped with anything you would wish. Fully recommending.
