Everything! Quiet, comfortable beds, helpful and happy staff. Breakfast was amazing. The village of Ladis is perfect location. The cable cars take you all across the mountains of the 3 villages, so much to do up there for families and individuals.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. Completely renovated hotel, felt like we were first in our room. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable, food was great both at breakfast and at dinner in-house. The hotel is fairly away from any other options so a drive is required both to the ski resort gondolas and other dining.
