We had a fabulous experience. A family of four in 2 separate rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa, pool and sauna were very good. Loved everything.

The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

Amazing location, clean and well set up apartments, that were wonderful for a 5 night stay. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful - he gave advice on ski rentals, restaurant recommendations, train travel, grocery stores, etc. made us feel super comfortable!

The building, our room, the privacy while still having a friendly and welcoming staff. The whole place is very cozy. It’s also special that you get to interact with one of the owners who renovated the space. The sauna is bar none the best sauna I’ve ever relaxed in. It should be a place to visit before you die stop.
