The apartment is so cozy and confortable. The terrace and outside table made the stay superb. We got help carrying the luggage from the car to the apartment which was very nice and helpful.

It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

The apartment house is very well positioned close to the ski lift. There is private parking for the guests. A thermal bath and restaurants are also close by. The apartment is well equipped and the house is newly furnished. The location is close to the center but still very quiet, there is no traffic noise. Breakfast was great every morning, the owner was nice, polite and would always take care of the guests during breakfast, bringing tea, coffee, etc. He remembered how we liked our breakfast and our tea and coffee and brought them to our table the second we went through the door of the breakfast room.
