Haus Elfriede is absolutely AMAZING! Spacious, very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a calm and silent vicinity and beautiful view. Convenient location to access all parts of the valley but without the noise and fuss of a bigger city. The host, Mrs. Maria is amazing - always smiling and spoiling our kids all the time. Perfect place, ideal for cycling to nearby towns and for taking cable cars up to the mountains. The restaurant offers excellent pizza and other dishes. Everything was perfect, we’re happy and will definitely come back.

Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

Everybody was so welcoming and kind. Specially Anton and Anika were super great and helpful! I can't thank them enough. I have gluten intolerance and they were absoultely great finding some alternatives for me. The food was amazing. Anton was so kind to give us an exceptional room, it was beyond our expectations. The beds were super comfy. Pool was amazing. We had a lovely time! Thinking about coming again soon.
