This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria! It was absolutely amazing stay! Even though the purpose of this booking was just to spend somewhere a night during our car trip from Italy back home, it exceeded our expectations and we were sorry to leave. Absolutely new apartment, spacious, perfect for 5 people. Everything clean and new, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the living room was spectacular - green valley and mountains. We will definitely come back and stay longer.

I stayed in Sepp & Hannis apartment for one night after completing the Stubai High Trail. We just wanted to have one night to relax, use wellness and unwind. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the staff was very personal. I was very impressed with the wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many vegetarian options, fresh juice from a juicer and excellent coffee. I will be back!

We stayed one night on our way to ski trip. The host was very welcoming and nice - exactly what you want after a long drive. Overall check-in and out was very fast and smooth. The room was not very large, but was very cosy and very clean. Bed was also comfortable. Room had a small fridge with mini-bar. The breakfast was included and was very good - had hot and cold food options. In the morning we saw the view from the hotel - absolutely fab. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spa and sauna area chill out place and very relaxing. Hotel is in the center of Neustift but quiet place with nice garden and big parking place. All staff family is very pleasant and taking time for short talk about our stay. Very good breakfast and nice dinners. Great place for holidays
