The hosts are very nice. We were staying in the separate appartments on the ground floor. The appartments are equipped with everything you may need, are very quite and cosy. There is a space for skis and ski boots in the garage next door. Parking space is under the roof which is very cool considering snowfalls. Zillertal Arena is 5 minutes by car, but still too far for walking, and the bus is only two times a day. Pay attention that the appartments are on the hill, so you (theoretically) may need snow chains to get to it, but since roads are regularry cleaned we didn't need ones despite 40 cm of snow overnight.

Apart Hotel Garni Strasser is located in Zell am Ziller, just 1 km from the Zillertal Arena ski resort. A sauna, steam bath and relaxation area are provided.
