Lovely room, had a very traditional rustic lodge feel to it. Very modern bathroom with good shower. Staff were super friendly. We took advantage of the afternoon snack that was laid on. The views of the snow capped mountains and nearby hillside pasture are stunning. We took a short walk and found a woodland park area which was very peaceful. We had drinks in the bar after our walk and had dinner in the restaurant in the evening (beware the menu is only written in German but we managed with translator app). Lovely breakfast. Very friendly people. We thought their use of small jars a good idea, saves wasting food.

Aside from the conditions of the accommodation, which were better than we expected based on the pictured, the host was very friendly and warm. We also enjoyed the hot tub with a nice view over the freshly-snowed mountains. When we left, we thought about going back during summer as well, so it's definitely a place to recommend :) Ah, and the entire place was nice and warm - no cold floor for us!

I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

Located in one of the most beautiful towns in this region. The interior is beautifully styled contemporary integrated into the historic architecture of the building. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. Friendly and professional staff and superb dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast was great. There is a difference between pets being allowed and pets being welcome, this was the latter of the two.
