Gorgeous communal areas - beautifully decorated for Christmas - great facilities for children/teens Amazingly helpful staff - Fabian the receptionist who helped us with bags as we were short of time and the concierge were busy, and the concierge staff who run the navette shuttle service out to other restaurants in the village Booked a double room and got upgraded to a fabulous suite. The location couldn't be better. Right behind the building, there's a small train that takes you through picturesque mountains to the slopes within minutes. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable (the beds in particular) and has a large balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding winter wonderland. I see myself coming back throughout the year for hiking, wine tastings, and musical festivals as well. The place is up to modern standards while maintaining a nice mountain feel.
