The location is close to the train station and also to my customer. I've got a room upgrade so my room was spacious. The view from the top where I had my breakfast was great. Staff was super nice.

A perfect place to stay. A couple minutes from buses to Saas valley and trains to Zermatt, yet in a calm town. Great views from rooms and balconies. Well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished rooms, enough sockets, a light switch by the bedside, a desk. Absolutely fully equipped kitchen including basic cookung ingredients as well as coffee, water, tea... Supermarket round the corner. A very accommodating and helpful owner. Charming, quirky decor. We loved everything about this hotel. There’s so much to share but in brief, it’s just a 2 minute walk from the train station yet so quiet overnight. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area but more importantly the hotel is probably the best we’ve ever stayed in. There is a history to this hotel, clearly linked to London and the great granddaughter’s of the original owner are still there running things. The food / breakfast was amazing. Very fresh and nothing was packaged. They trust those staying to serve themselves to the snacks, beer and wine in the evening and note down what you’ve taken and they honestly could not do enough for you. The decor was lovely with a hint of London times, old and new. We would highly recommend this hotel!
