If you value comfort, this is the perfect place. Everything this hotel offered was top notch. We got an extremely spacious room, comfortably and fashionably furnished with our own mini kitchen, ironing board and all the other equipment that should be in such a place. The bathroom had all the cosmetics, including separate shampoo, body gel, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash. We came with a dog and got a special room, located at the entrance to the hotel on the other side (so we didn't have to go through the entire hotel to go for a walk). Another convenience was the private parking. The hotel is also located by the river and a nice place for longer walks, as well as near shops. However, the biggest advantage of this hotel is the food. Breakfasts are fantastic. Everything you could dream of is served, of the best quality. We also visited the restaurant and the dinner served to us also delighted us. Additionally, our dog received a bowl for the duration of his stay, a blanket and a small gift. Thank you very much for an incredibly successful stay. We will definitely return to this hotel next time in a larger group.

What an incredible place! Jannis and his wife left the place amazing with so much food etc. If I ever make it back to Rovaniemi I will most certainly be booking again!

The resort was exceptional. The views were out of this world especially after snowfall. We thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub and sauna as not many places offer these.

I liked the whole apartment. Size and equipment. Superclean, all new. Balcony, own wifi router, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, big fridge with deep freezer, several cupboards, big TV screen, couch, dinner table + 4 chairs, etc., all nicely arranged (I probably forgot something). Elevator. Close to city center, but quiet in the night.

Boasting a sauna, Royal Roi Apartments is set in Rovaniemi. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

The accomodation is a complete appartment with fully equiped kitchen. Brand new, very clean. Comfortable mattresses to sleep on. Restaurants and shops are 3 minutes walk. Very good!
