We stayed from 22-26 Feb 2024 with a group of friends. From the pictures and ratings it did look nice and we had high expectations but in reality, it turned out to be beyond our imagination. The property itself is a charming old Tiblisi house which has been converted beautifully into apartments of various sizes. The attention to detail is exceptional. From the decoration to the cutlery, from amenities to quality of bedding, everything was excellent! There was no lift but that didn't matter at all as they carried our luggage back and forth without us even asking. The traditional balcony was a lovely place to unwind. It had a complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove and all cutlery/utensils. All that being said, the best was was their staff! From the moment we called them for the room description even before the booking till the day we left, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Lilli who was our host was there at all times and helped us with all our needs, from sorting the rooms for us to recommending us the best breakfast places, to taking us to choose the Atelier jewellery to biding us farewell. It really felt like we had known her for ages! Aram was again very helpful throughout our stay. We want to thank all the staff at the residence especially Lilli and Aram for making us feel so welcomed and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and this will be my go to place in Tiblisi!

The host is super awesome. Kind, friendly and helping. Offered the best homemade wine I ever tried. The house is spacious, the land plot is huge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Cool city view. Restaurants do deliver food here. Close (15 min) to Mtskheta, a nice touristic place.

Since it was in the Avlarabi region, we were able to go to places to visit by walking. Morning breakfasts were good. Ms. Maria, who prepared the breakfasts, helped us, we thank her. The last thing I have to say about the hotel is this: We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and cleaning was done every day. They completed the supplies such as soap and shampoo. They changed towels and sheets every day. The hotel was very clean. If I came again, I would stay here...
