Everything was just perfect, big and clean room. No noise from the other rooms. Nice balcony. In the center of small village, very quite. The restaurant in the evening has very high quality cuisine. Helpful staff

This is a hotel that is very well run by its owners. Friendly staff, good service, good breakfast, excellent dinner and nice wines. We are spoiled and this is one of the best hotels we have been to. An example of the quality is that the cappucino at breakfast is made by hand and does not come from a fully automatic machine. We booked one of the suites. If possible, I would go for it. That was a really nice room.

Everything! The staff is so polite and welcoming, from the reception to the bar, the dining area, the driver of the mini bus! Everyone is so nice and professional to the maximum! The food is like a Michelin star restaurant and I could not be more amazed by its quality. The spa is wonderful and huge, clean and beautifully designed. Overall the hotel is a 10 out of 10! Very pleasant service, such friendly and kind hosts. Since we had to leave early, they told us to come for breakfast earlier anyway.

The hotel is literally few minutes walk from the ski lift station. That's highly attractive if you are coming for skiing or hiking. But be aware that's quite far from the city center. Both breakfast and dinner are good and tasty:) Very good gym and fairly good spa area. Even the living room is equipped with some sport staff:) Wifi is fast. The hotel personnel is helpful and really professional.
