Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was really beatiful and luxurious, the host prepared it perfectly for our group. Water bottles in the fridge, coffee, toothbrushes etc. If I ever get the chance to go to Sapporo again I will try to get booked there again.

The room is fantastic for couples. It was spacious, warm, and quiet. The humidifier was great. The separation of the bath and WC is a nice layout. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and gas range so we could cook breakfast easily. There was a huge closet with a set of drawers. We could store our suitcases so they did not get in our way. It was easy to access the subway (3 minutes away) and the JR trains were only about a 10 minute walk away.

It was such a nice small INN. The bed was super comfy, the room spacious and the showers clean. The INN is mostly made out of wood and it feels so comfy. In the morning they made me coffee. 🥰 It's only a 5-10 min walk to the subway and on the way there is a 7/11. They give you good recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
