Serene & affordably priced stay in wonderful little hot springs town. Excellent breakfast, wonderful onsen. Loved the sake bar on site & private nooks to read, sip sake, etc. Great location to explore the little bakeries & area around the hotel. Staff were excellent (spoke no english but this is normal). Loved the welcome drinks and the main room with board games. Very social yet tranquil and considerate space. Room was very warm, perhaps a little small but thats fine. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything. Location is near to shopping areas and train station. Bedroom is adequately spacious, the bed is comfortable, and having washing machine in the room is very much appreciated. Staff was also consistently very helpful and friendly. The ambience in the lobby area was really warm and inviting.

The views over Sapporo are stunning from every room in this hotel, whether it be from the bar, the breakfast lounge or indeed the bedrooms. Staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to remember our interests and plans, adding a personal touch to the service. As we were staying for several nights we opted to have the traditional Japanese breakfast, served in the Sky Restaurant, for one of our breakfasts. Staff were attentive in explaining every aspect of the meal and how the food was prepared. The location of the hotel in the tower over the station suited our transport plans in being conveniently close to both train and the hire car office that we used.

The apartment was really beatiful and luxurious, the host prepared it perfectly for our group. Water bottles in the fridge, coffee, toothbrushes etc. If I ever get the chance to go to Sapporo again I will try to get booked there again.

What a great stay! We had a huge room, small kitchen, washing maschine, great bathroom, everything clean, good beds. Staff at reception very nice and friendly, though litten english. Location is good, near to tram and metro. If in Sapporo again I will stay there again!
