Onsen. Restaurants downstairs were good, loved Luke’s! Location. Ski rental on site and the shuttles were frequent and excellent. Early check-in was accommodated, loved the little Japanese PJs they gave us for our stay.

Very high end hotel, brand new, very friendly staff, but very western so depends on what you are looking for, would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great visit.

The room was clean and well appointed. Laundry facilities near each group of rooms is convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Snowboard drying room is one of the best we’ve used.

Open from December 2016, Aya Niseko features an open-air natural hot spring bath and provides direct access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski elevators.
