Yoshiro-san is an absolute legend so friendly and kind and accomodating. First of all get the breakfast at least once I hope you get the Udon! The location is a little out of town but he is more than happy for you to get around and there is an amazing onsen 8mins walk away. I could not recommend anywhere enough really convenient for the snow monkey park and to ski at shiga kogen. Thank you so much for the amazing stay Yoshiro!

The room was very nice and comfortable, like all the building. Very appreciated the onsen. The owners were so nice and friendly, we had dinner and breakfast there and it was fantastic. Near to the monkey snow park. Highly recomended.

It was an exceptional cultural experience in an authentic Japanese place. The hotel offers rooms in a traditional style, while we also enjoyed wearing national yukata dresses and taking onsen baths, which are included. We have heard a lot about excellent Japanese service and now we indeed experienced it. The personnel approaches each customer with personal touch and satisfies individual needs. Very good place with nice view and excellent location. The host was very kind and friendly. He kindly drove me to the money park the next morning. The breakfast was also delicious.

We were incredibly well looked after by Yoko, who took care of us and provided an exceptional service. Very hospitable. Also, other staff including our day driver Toko were all wonderful and took care of us and made our stay extra special.
