Good spot for going hiking at Tatra Mountains. 15 km (30 min by car) from Zakopane. Large room that could easily accommodate a family of 5. Breakfast and dinner served to the table. Sufficient variety and amount of food, no one end up hungry or dissatisfied. Rather simple and traditional dishes. Some extra stuff for smaller and bigger ones like 8-ball pool, table tennis or trampoline. Pleasant host.

It was an amazing stay where you can stay without any hesitation, both for the hospitality and the location of the house and its surroundings. During our stay, our car broke down, and Mr. Darek was very helpful and provided us with all his support. He made every effort for us. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DAREK. We are so grateful to him. In short, the organization, cleanliness, and location of the house, as well as the barbecue facilities and peace, will be unforgettable for us. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality and help. We are so glad we got to know you! We will definitely come here again.

Very friendly and freely atmosphere.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. In the kitchen you can really find everything you need. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The landlady is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very calm and peaceful because it is relatively isolated, it is perfect if you want to escape the annoying hustle and bustle of places like Zakopane. At the same time it is great as a starting point for visits of all the highlights of the region.

### Accommodation Review **Location** Very easy to find. Located close to the main street, yet the street noise is minimal—only noticeable on the balcony, not in the room. There’s a pizzeria right on the main street and a Biedronka supermarket nearby. 10/10 **Hotel** The hotel is very nice, with a new and cohesive design. Architecturally, it’s a beautiful place. The upstairs rooms feature amazing balconies, while the ground-floor rooms have small, cozy terraces. A security guard is stationed at the main gate until 10 PM. Although they don't provide detailed information about the accommodation, there is a contact number for the host, who speaks Polish and English. 10/10 **Booking and Payment** The process is quite complicated. There are definitely simpler methods than sending separate payment links and information about the accommodation and the codes for accessing the hotel. All information is provided in Polish and English. If you don't understand these languages, you might face significant difficulties accessing your room and the garage. 5/10 **Parking** Perfect, with an underground garage accessible via a code. Exit without a code. Accessible by elevator. 10/10 **Room Access** Accessible by elevator and stairs. The setup is simple and suitable for strollers, with no unnecessary stairs at the entrance or in the hallways. The apartment is 100% wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay. 10/10 **Room** The room is beautiful, perfectly laid out, and furnished. The designer had great taste. Everything is clean and new. The kitchen is in the entrance hall but is very well done, not obstructing entry to the room. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, with two tasteful chairs and a table offering a nice view. The bathroom is nice and clean, though there was an issue with hot water availability—only available in the morning as the boiler couldn't meet the demand.

The staff was super nice and helpful with us, even tough we stayed only for one night.

Modern and comfortable rooms, with all you need inside, very frirendful stuff.

Cozy and calm accomodation near the everything important in Zakopane - grocery, city center, Thermal Spa, skiing opportunities. Very comfortable bed, lot of space in the apartment. Safe private parking outside for free, a cheap parking possibility in the garage. Good equiped kitchen. And very helpful and kind staff. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. 10 min walk to BUKOVINA thermal baths. Beautiful views. Appartment was huge and really well equipped. Wonderful staff who was trying to do their best to make us feel good. 5 star!
