Several hiking and cycling tracks start right outside. The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

The owner gave us a room parade for my family. We had 2 connecting rooms with a large terrace in front of the lake. Staff was very helpful and breakfast consisted of delicious homemade products.i highly recommended this hotel especially in summer when you are just 1 minute walk away from the lake.

Located in Annenheim, Atelier Ronacher is 70 metres from the Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn Cable Car and just 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach. Each apartment offers a balcony or terrace, lake views, and free WiFi. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

The closest slopes are only 5 km away and a free shuttle service to the Ski Area is offered. A ski storage is also available directly next to the slopes. We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The owner was very kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is beautiful and quiet, offering a stunning view that we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is fully equipped with everything we needed, providing all the comforts of home. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
